Online appointment system will facilitate you to fix sometime in the form of slots for your reps in your practice and post it online. These will be accessible to your reps from anywhere at any time. This will reduce uncertainties like who is who, who promote what and when they visit you and it reduces flood of medical rep visits to your clinic on some busy time and days.
The pre-visit registration system will facilitate you to know who are all visiting you on which date in advance. Here no restrictions on rep visits will be there, so reps can plan as per their work schedules.
Medical reps also will know from their end through our service that how many other
reps
are
planned to visit you on that particular day, so that they could organize themselves
and
reduce crowd like conditions.
The system is fully automated. Once you have set your clinic protocols and selected
times
for Medical Reps to make appointments, the system will run itself. There will no
longer
be a
need for Medical Reps to come to your clinic to book an appointment. Hospital staff
or
you
may not involve or spend even one second for the same.
The system requires all appointments to be booked with outmost care and planning. If Medical Reps fails to meet their appointment within this designated time, their appointment will be lapsed and the system will proceed to next appointment cycle. Very soon we will add feature like appointment exchange system. This will provide partial solution for above problem.

We have produced door stickers to paste at clinic and REP INSTRUCTIONS to pass unto reps that you are using the system. We will also be in contact with Sales people, notifying them about myreps.in. Medical Representatives will also be able to search for doctors using our search tool.

The only request we can make you is to send a message to reps by choosing options for reps visiting on Particular day or all reps as “I am not available today” to keep the system going.** If possible please fix monthly one session for all missed appointment to keep system going and mention it @ clinic protocols.

Sending message for cancelled appointments and providing new time for cancelled or changed appointments is personal discretion of Doctor, No one has authority to question on this regard.
